Refund policy

14-day right to cancel
You can cancel your order and return any item for any reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you choose) receive it. You don't need to give a reason.

To cancel, email us at support@khyris.store with your order number and the items you want to return, within 14 days of delivery. You can also use the EU model withdrawal form, but you don't have to. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. Items should be unused and complete, ideally in their original packaging. If an item has been used beyond what's needed to check it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the cost of sending the item back. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds
We refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until we've received the items back, or proof that you've sent them, before refunding. Refunds go to your original payment method, with no extra fees.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping. This doesn't affect your legal 2-year guarantee for faulty goods under EU law.

Cancelling before shipping
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Bundles
You can return a whole bundle or individual items from it. For a partial return, we refund the item's share of the bundle price.
